Seems like Saint Mary's is going back to it's aussie roots after a poor season with mainly American players. Mary's has signed Dane Pineau, Emmett Naar, Jock Landale and now Krebs over the last two seasons. Hopefully these guys can get them back to the big dance. They are also chasing kiwi Tohi Smith-Milner.
Is Tanner Krebs well regarded? Very little info about him out there.

Watched krebs play for the chargers down here in hobart last year.
Good footwork, nice shot and boards well for his size.
Stoked for him. He will do well over there.

Aus Bball prospects list him at 6'4 but watching him at the u20 nationals this year he is easily 6'6. Very good scoring guard. Has a nice midrange game which will definitely help him at College being able to shoot over people. His athletism has really improved since he was a bottom age u18. Rumour is his Tassie counterpart Kyle Clark has committed to St Mary's also.
Whodat, do you have a link to the Clark commitment or is that just the word on the street?

Sorry but Aust Bball Prospects list is flawed. Tanner Krebs only just been recently updated to read AIS athlete and Matt Owies has been listed as AIS for months now. Tanner no more than 6 foot 5, Abi has been inflated to 6 foot 7 and Kyle is listed at 6ft5 when the U18 Nationals magazine have him at 199cm.

Great to see another talented Aussie get picked up. The Aussie pipeline at SMC is far from over.
The Nationals magazine was so flawed. Some kids that were clearly below 6 foot were ballooned up to like 6'2, 6'3..
