Not a troll but a spammer. They create a topic attempting a plausible subject, then later submit a spam post.

Then they get deleted and their product or service is blocked forever from even being discussed, so no one discovers them organically either.

Normally I'd just delete this, but I'll leave it so people can understand what's happening when they see similar questionable topics in the future.
