Pt Augusta new stadium

Congrats to the Pt Augusta basketball ass. on the opening of their new 3 crt stadium, hopefully the 1st of many to be built in rural regions

Government scheme trying to build community sports centres. They will build a new 2 - 3 court basketbal stadium, overlooking the footy / cricket oval etc.
The only issue its a shared fascility. The basketball stadium has to be able to be used by the volley ball association or table tennis club or whatever.

Sharing a stadium is usually what happens, I know people sometimes see it as taking time away from basketball and it does I guess.

But, even cricket/football ovals are used for other activities, it just comes down to being reasonable and setting a basketball schedule that isn't inconvenienced too much...

Great news, should be more of them, everywhere!
