Bevo would be the perfect coach for Brisvegas

He's 100% right. The current NBL are worse than the BA run NBL.
Premature announcements, decisions not made by the board, blocking now. All poor business decisions.
Seasons not far from being over and the next thing that will occur is if Brisbane do actually get in they will complain they didn't have enough time to be competitive.

The way things are tracking we may not see a Brisbane team till 2016/17 season. If that happens the NBL needs to make sure the Crocs don't fold

Maybe it won't be the Brisbane bullets at all?

Could it be the Ipswich bullets (splitting games between bris/Ipswich) and running as an elite team over the top of their existing Force QBL side?
Big Joe is operations manager out there at the moment so he'd have the contacts to get things moving

Maybe Sitiveni has poured his millions into Ipswich Basketball rather than pursuing his political career with the LNP?

Maybe Shitiveni is still out of touch. Certainly the NBL blew their laod early on the Brisbane thing and if Lil Joe isn't in Brisbane then I would be surprised it will happen.

Really just stating the obvious.

NBL needs to get the word out before the end of this season, whilst interest in NBL is still active. They are leaving the run very late.

It's already too late. How many times do we have to have shitty, rushed, unsustainable expansion in this league for anyone to learn?

Look at what the AFL or NBA do when they expand. The exact, final details are announced several entire YEARS before the expansion team plays their first game.

They should be making an announcement NOW for the 16/17 or 17/18 season.

Yes they have dropped the ball badly. The premature ejaculation of Brisbane was a joke. The NBL are fixated on expanding the franchise to Brisbane at what ever costs. No one wants it there and the financial backing is ZERO.
Teams that are looking into the current expansion are now making plans for the following season already because of the ineptitude of the current bidding system.
