This level of effort is really going to limit their chances. As I said on Twitter, this is the sort of thing for which you register a domain and put up a microsite. Explain the deal, detail who you want to reach (potential sponsors, existing fans, new fans, anyone who even wants to feel helpful) and so on. They need to reach more than just the rusted-on fans.
In clubs (WNBL, NBL, ABL) with volunteer, amateur or even rookie dedicated staff, Is there scope for professionals to volunteer time to review and advise on this sort of thing?
