Customised orders from NBA.com posted to Australia

Gday everybody.

Does anybody know how can I get a customised singlet to be posted to Australia from the States?
Cos I couldn't do it on NBAstore.com

Try www.myus.com it gets delivered to their address in the states then they send it to you. Used it once for Nike ID, was reasonably quick.

Also Australia Post have a similar service where they provide you with a US Postal address and forward it on to you.

Is that forwarding service cheaper than postage from Eastbay? Two or three pairs of shoes is $70 odd for postage to Australia :/
