How come the presidents position isn`t up???? From all the back and forth on here overtime he doesn`t seem well liked. Or is it just the usual BS from a upset few.
Most positions are for 2 years, so it's possible that the president's position isn't yet up for re-election this year, and as stated, only 3 general positions are up for grabs with 6 people wanting them.
As an outsider looking in Mornington used to be an up and coming association, only a few short years ago they got their own stadium under what seemed to be a progressive board who worked together. Certainly not what seems to be the infighting and divisions that are there now.
On court they were certainly doing well, it was growing and it's representative programs were doing well.

Fortunately or unfortunately the president has 12mths left of a 2yr term. Agendas and ego's are at the height of the problem. There needs to be a balance of people on this committee but some would prefer all yes people rather than to be challenged. So many lies from the people at the top, so many basketball decisions by ill equipped people; they plan NO tryouts for existing players, NO outsiders considered for selection on a rep team, they had a senior coach but the COM wouldn't cough up an extra $500 (for an issue they created) for him instead opting for a coach to be strecthed to the limits, NO direct feedback from a DOC present at training and to top it over thinking that they can mold coaches and players who have no clue how to read a game into something of substance by attending courses or clinics. The support that DeMarcus supposedly had (and apparently sad to see him go) by our COM was so bad they had to place a 20km no go zone around the club; just in case I suppose some more of the COM lies got out. Lets get some Caden, Shareen and Heidi in there to shake the tree and see what falls out; never good to place yes people in there.
