How can an association settle a claim with an ex CEO ,and sign a confidentiality document and then release the details 3 hours later. Would love to know thw $$$ penalty if found liable

CEO claims Knox paid $400k to settle. What about Knox legal costs? Got to be around $300k mark?
So all up Knox members have to fund $700k when it is alleged the board of the day knocked back a settlement offer of $114k.
Wow!! Where are the people who made these decisions now? They were happy to destroy a mans reputation using Knox's funds.
What accountability do they have for their actions?
