BSA - Youth League and Reserves

Please tell me that Basketball SA will be reviewing the Youth League and Reserves for the 2015/16 season.
This new initiative, particularly in the women's program seems to have effectively "dumbed down" the competition. Could consideration be given to reverting back to U20's and Reserves, hopefully improving the standard of basketball in these divisions, and increasing the incentive for playing.
6 women's teams in YL has created a tedious season, and Reserves have lacked quality.

From memory the move to 23s was to retain females in the game with an exodus after playing 18s. With current format maybe allowing more than 1 div 1 team could be an option.
In terms of the males the move to having reserves and 23 1s on the same night has resulted in different clubs concentrating on one or the other. Move them to different nights to allow lower players to shine in their appropriate competition. Open up the 23s to have more talented 18s the chance to go up against older maturer 23s rather than not being in premier league squad.
