I think this game is on Go tomorrow too.
Can't wait for this game. I know this is a good season because there's already been quite a few games like that. Interestingly a couple of basketball mates who have only casually followed the NBL for a decade now are right back into it, checking in on TV games each night to see what's going on. That's a good sign for the league if that's a trend amongst hoops fans.
Is it just me or are the Hawks looking shyt hot despite a couple of injuries?
The Voss guy who is decent but at times gets players completely confused.

Nah Vossy good, he was referring to it being a high scoring half, which is great for league and the average sports fan.
Yeah Ellis looks heavy and so up right, no rhythm in his game. Hawks have started to settle now though in general, they will kill you with the 3!!
Wow the kings D is woeful. They'll struggle to make the playoffs

Yeah insane effort, and i dont think he even hit one against the Breakers... team is stacked with shooters. Oscar killed tonight, all great looks for him too.
He doesn't do anything for me. Different strokes for different folks.

Solid team effort from the Hawks - Demos/White/Weeks all did their bit. Garlepp wasn't having much luck posting up Oscar in that second half and that's where their game seemed to come undone. Coenraad did a lot of work in the first half.
Missing both starting guards and an import spot spare!
I rate the Hawks, they have some great weapons but why do we see white numbers on a white uniform? I don't get it!
Well done to the guys who put bets on the Hawks after the game was finished.

I posted earlier in the week about the odds. As a loyal Kings supporter I got $2.6. Couldn't past it up. Kings suck as does Cotter.
I don't think the actor playing the role of Kings coach Damian Cotter is doing a very convincing job either. Could've at least got someone that looks like him!

IMO the kings will make a major change by either replacing Thornton or cotter in the 2-4 weeks if Childress is still out or the team is still losing.

Kings spent too many possessions trying to get Tommy going. I don't think it cost us the game - Oscar not missing anything played a large roll in that - but it did lead to the run the Hawks put on us to start the 3rd.
So the Kings remain Hudson Jr.'s plaything. Now wonder they suck.
Yes it's finally about time T Hudson and the owners are called into account for what will be another miserable season.
Undoubtedly they will be different when / if childress returns but the West Sydney Kings simply cant get the job done now.

I think people are a little too quick to declare that the sky is falling... Hawks started 0-2, and are now 2-2. It's a strong league this year, possibly the strongest ever, top to bottom. Hawks shot the lights out on Sat night, which was true for the Kings against Cairns the week before. I'm not overly worried.
