Really happy to see Delly has improved so much since last season. Do you think the current Delly can start for any lottery team, or even any playoff potential team? If yes, which teams would suit him best?

I don't think so, Delly's great, but he's not starter quality
Absolutely he could start but probably next to a combo guard who is quick and can penetrate.
He could probably start for a few teams, 76ers, Knicks, Nets maybe a couple others.
Who cares if he could start for a team that's not a real NBA team? Would much rather be in his position or Patty's or Bogut's, and making consistent, valuable contributions for a contender. Delly's offensive limitations also mean that he's better as a facilitator with good teammates. Don't think he'd be very effective in Philly or Brooklyn throwing the ball to guys who are terrible.
Small sample size. Do it all year and a team might look at him
Improvement has been off the charts though and I was his biggest hater last year

Couldn't agree more #541, far better off being a role player in meaningful games for a good team that getting big minutes for a junk team that doesn't really care.
The best offence that would suit him is the triangle offence.
I agree. I think he is best suited for the Knicks.

I think teams would figure he's at or around his ceiling. So, for that reason, a rebuilding team wouldn't blood him in a starting role, and an established team would likely use him as a backup guard or injury insurance.
