Premier League player movement

Have there been any confirmed player movements for 2016? Looks like a couple of new coaches, how about player movement?

Which teams will be competitive next season?

OK

Women's League 2016.

Top 4
Norwood...but is Foley playing?
North..Peris rumored to be taking year off. Is Hill playing?
South. Old favorite taking time out. However some nice new inclusions.
Sturt. Recruited 2 from Eagles. Should improve.

West. New coach.
Woodville. New coach. Surprised last season.
Forestville. Lost 2 players to another club and promising juniors to USA college and Centre of Excellence . Might struggle
Mavs. Will struggle
Centrals. Will struggle
Tigers. Will struggle with possible big name moving on.
Of course, some of these predictions could change subject to imports.

Will Holmes still play for Norwood? Can't see anyone getting close to them, with or without him.

In the women? despite the earlier post I will add my 10 cents of free input

Centrals, Mavs, Forestville will be so bad the will make a terrible West and a terrible Woodville and a terrible Southern look poor to decent.

North although weaker this season will still be a contender due to the decline of the league's talent

Norwood will continue to be decent but a social team with experience could be competitive in this league

Sturt will be the big mover and the dark lord will beat his chest and claim how great the home grown talent is

South will again be successful but pending an import will finish in the top 2

Predicted ladder:
Norwood - Vicki and Jess (well coached)
South - Vikki (well coached)
North - Brenton (well coached)
Sturt - Marcus (well coached)
Woodville - Scott (no idea what he is in for)
Southern - Tracey (well coached but too many irons in too many fires)
West - Tim (no idea what he is in for)
Forestville - Monica (Well coached)
Eastern - Nathan (poorly coached)
Centrals - Need a player coach, maybe the players wont oust her

I think the other Eastern guy moving to Tigers will have a bigger impact.

Integrity is what I am looking for this year over wins and some clubs are losing it and others are gaining. The wins will come in time. Be patient people, tides are turning in Adelaide.

Mitch Creek to Tigers with 36er and Tiger loyalist Sam Johns.

US Import for Tigresses.
