The Show
Remember in the 90's when the NBA was referred to as 'The Show' in Australia?
And a big lateral jump would be referred to as 'having springs?'
You'd hear commentators say things like 'With springs like that, Brett Rainbow could go all the way to The Show.'
It's easy to romanticise the 90's but it's good to keep a realistic view of it. The 90's saw rock n roll reach perfection with grunge and saw the rise of film geniuses like Quentin Tarantino and David Fincher. But it also gave us 'Springs' and 'The Show.'
