What's Hot/What's Not Round 4

Didn't get out to Blockbuster Round so looking for you guys to let me know what's hot & what isn't!

What's Hot:

- From looking at the box scores it seems like the Tiger Men are definitely hot, winning by 44 over previously undefeated North. Are they actually good or will they be found out against better teams?

- Centrals men getting their first win.

- Isaac White hitting a game winner. I haven't seen his name before, is he a young fella? Looks like he had a nice game to go along with it too.

- Forestville women getting up over a fancied Sturt side.

- Norwood remaining undefeated in the women.

What's not:

- Eastern Mavericks men getting beaten easily again, this time by 42 against Woodville. Will they be competitive at all this season?

- West men going from a 25 point win last week over a good side (Sturt) to losing to Centrals.

- North men only managing 48 points. Southern's defence cannot be that good!

- North's import shooting 2/17 & 1/5 on FTs. Doesn't look like he's anything like their 2015 import.

- South womens back court combining for 0/13 & if you include Wedding in that, 1/27 for the game! Looks like their scoring woes will continue.

What else happened on the weekend? Judging by the highlights there were some people in the crowd both days... what worked & what didn't? Who looks good & who are simply pretenders?

Issac State rep PG over the years and now member of U19 Team just returned from Germany with fellow Sturt players Jacob Rigoni and Lat Mayan. Performed well there and was a member of the open boys Sacred Heart College team than came a close second 2nd years ago by a point if I am correct playing with his brother als talented. He helps coach the little fellas at Sturt Domestic League as well so not new on the scene at Sturt and Nationals as taken out numerous accolades along the way, just new to Premier League.

North were without Mapunda but thats a large defecitnfor 1 man to fill. Tigers were not even at full steam and cleared the bench early.

My early season guesses:
Men
Norwood by 20 over North
Centrals by 30 over Mavs
Southern will get a wake-up from Forestville but will win.
West will cream South by plenty - 30? 40?
Tricky one, but Sturt to get over the line by 5 vs Woodies.

Women
Norwood will run over North by 25
Centrals scrape home by 5 over Mavs
Forestville will scramble over Southern by 5
West over South by 15
Sturt, playing as a team, by 15 over the Woodducks

Norwood by 10 if Mapunda plays or 30 if he doesn't.
Mavs by 10. Centrals import gone.
Southern by 5 but Doyle or Rios to have 40.
West by 15
Sturt by 10 if Klaosen plays, Woodville by 10 if he doesn't.

Norwood by 10
Mavs by 15
Southern by 10
West by 25
Woodville by 10
