Perth playing 2 games tonight? Seems a bit strange.

My bad - they are playing a State League team + a few of their developmental players and other state league players

Jaron Johnson looks the goods, keen to see him light it up this season

Prather looks to have tweaked an ankle early in the 4th.

Johnson very impressive.

Upon re-watching - Prather may have received a cork or a cramp while contesting a jumpshot. He landed fine so no ankle or knee tweek as first reported.

Johnson also looks the goods. He's going to be a big fan favorite at home and a massive villain at away games.

He plays a much looser game than Beal (who was always risk adverse and composed) and he's more of a character and extrovert than Ennis with the same level of athleticism. I dare say he's a more complete player than what Ennis was when he arrived.

Mckay looks undersized and may struggle against the bigs of the league.

Prather was looking to create a lot more off the dribble but didn't shoot well last night.

I get the feeling our best lineup is going to be Brandt/Knight starting with Mckee backing them up.

I'm concerned about the lack of grunt in the frontcourt.
Prather and Johnson will need to be in top form for Perth to make playoffs

Hussey's stats looked pretty good. Anyone watch the game live? How was he? NBL material?
