7 news showed a 'scuffle' between Drmic and Ferg at training today, where a few exchanges seemed to have reared their ugly heads.

His is what you get with young kids. Joey will spin this into a 'great for the competitive edge' blah blah blah... dumb kids.

The problem with that is that Drmic is almost 25.

And the cameras just so happened to be rolling, and the 'scuffle' started for no discernible reason.

What we have here, ladies and gentlemen, is a publicity stunt. And good on them for it. I endorse anything that gives NBL games a storyline.

Pfffhh saw the clip. That's weak stuff from Drmic :). He's picking on poor, scrawny Fergie in practice. Lets see him pull that stunt on Jawai, Maric or Powell in game and show how tough he is. Last time he got Kickert in his face, he just stood there with a weak grin.

It looked like Drmic's fault.

Seems he's a stirrer after getting into it with Kickert, Garlepp and Ferguson in the space of a week

Channel 7, 9 and 10 news segments if anyone is interested. 9 probably had the best footage including a spray from Captain Creek

All on Drmic. Great attitude from Ferg in the interview afterwards.

Unnecessary by drmic. Classic clueless Joey to call that good for the team. Pity a young talent like Ferguson couldn't come here and be coached by someone like bevo to actually get better rather than hear the rah rah crap from Joey

This making the news reminds me of how the NBL only gets coverage on The Guardian site when it's something negative. Completely ignored otherwise. Clowns.

Australian basketball (NBL) underachieves when it comes to media and news attention. It's token at best. Adelaide is lucky to have Boti Nagy although it is unfortunate his space and frequency in the paper version of The Advertiser has diminished over the years.

The NBA tends to receive almost as much particularly with so many Aussies playing relatively prominent roles in the NBA these days.

But The Guardian Australia isn't a huge powerhouse like News Corp with local journalists in each city, so it is understandable in the competitive sports market landscape that they go with the basics of AFL/NRL/Cricket/A-League first, key events second, unique high/lowlights third and then other sports coverage last if at all. It's not really the site you go to for local Adelaide news, or for non-major powerhouse sports news. It's really only good for national news and politics.

It's a bit sobering for the NBL, I guess...Something to work on and aspire to.

Drmic what a douche, at this rate he'll be sitting in his bedroom playing Xbox, taking welfare cheques and playing as Terrance Ferguson on NBA2K19
