chemistry the key in run to nbl finals

as close as this season has been, and its been great to see, the thing i have taken out of this last round is that what is most important to teams is their chemistry and identity.
Melbourne and Sydney are two teams with a lot of money spent and have missed the playoffs. with that amount of talent it really comes down to them having missing one very big key component and that is chemistry with each other and a lack of identity.
Perth were almost knocked out but they grinded out the season as they know how too, New Zealand came together to give themselves a chance, cairns has been exceptional with what they have at their disposal financially and the hawks buy in to what Bevo teaches them. Melbourne and Sydney have been turning over their roster and coaches for seasons and this clearly had an impact on what they were able to achieve this season. Melbourne needs to get rid of demopolous as the players don't buy in. Need a coach who will get them to buy in and "own" what type of style and play needed to win and play for each other and create an identity with foundations to build on. Sydney did get smashed with injuries but so did other teams.i think Sydney will make the playoffs next year if they can continue to build on what they started this season.
