New NBL Survey?

The NBL is conducting a survey for fans opinions/feedback.

Prizes can be won too.

Seen it on Facebook a couple of times but can't find it now.

Notable absence of any questions relating to the officiating. I used the extra comments field at the end to offload my thoughts about that.

I guess they already have enough people from Townsville saying they used to follow the NBL but aren't interested anymore...
