NBL, strange draw

The NBL draw seems a bit strange this season. Some teams are getting a glut of away games then a glut of home games.. Why is that. Why not have a more balanced draw eg Sydney after three Hawks home game last weekend now have 7 of 8 on the road. Is that unfair? Hawks play like there first 4 away from home...
