After a wonderful almost 4 years, announcing that I have sold my interest in the @illawarrahawks to co-owner Simon Stratford @steakN3veg. Simon has the time and passion to take it to the next level. Thanks to everyone who has made the journey great .. go hawks go !

Hawks release:
The Illawarra Hawks will head into next season under a new ownership structure after James Spenceley today announced he would not be continuing as co-owner of the Club beyond this season.

Hawks General Manager Kim Welch said it had been a pleasure working with James over the past four years and thanked him for his contribution to the Club.

Good news provided the guy he sold his shares to is committed. Especially given the Gruber/Nevill/Carson situation in the Gordie era and driving away Gordie as well as the Ellis situation with Bevo this year.
