Brock Motum possible return to Sixers?

Retaining NBL All Star Five (First Team) selection Daniel Johnson, who is a free agent and in the sights of Sydney Kings and NZ Breakers, is a major priority.

Rio Olympian Brock Motum, who played for the 36ers in the 2014-15 season and has since been plying his trade in Europe, most recently with Turkish club Anadolu Efes, also is back in the 36ers conversation.

Hopefully that's legit and not just to put pressure on DJ to re-sign.

Motum is a player Brisbane should be targeting.

Especially if Brisbane wants to reach its self quota of 75% local players. (Lol)

Well with half the team on its way out I don't see why they couldn't afford Motum.

IMHO only 2 ways he'll return to NBL. First is if he can't get good offers or playing time in Europe. That's unlikely since he's playing well for Anadolu Efes and would still be in high demand.

Second is to lure him away and you need to pay well what he commands in the market. That would be in the region of $600k here. United can afford that despite all the talks about LK paring back spending but highly doubt the others can.
