United 2018/19

Wesley and Majok rumoured outs. Nothing else at this stage.

Prather could get back to Perth. Ware will undoubtedly have lots to consider- Euro offers would be coming his way constantly. Boone- who knows? We all suspect DA will retire. Barlow looked sprightly in the GF, playing an instrumental role and maybe earning another year. Goulding is regularly linked to Brisbane but Gliddon's signing makes that unlikely.

Could letting Wesley go be part of LK's grand evil scheme, and could Nick Kay be heading United’s way on a $400k per deal that no one else can possibly match?

United 2017/18 roster:

Bogut
Kay
Felix
Goulding
Ware

Smith-Milner
Barlow
Hooley
Dillon?

Any good college players worth looking at? Is Adnam already contracted?

Just realised there's an extra import spot based on that roster

Oh well- they'll go from 4 imports to 2. And Cram will breathe a sigh of relief.

Moller was a key contributor during the season and is contracted but I heard one or two rumours, good mates with Emmett Naar.

Why Felix instead of Prather? Who says they don't fill other import spots?

Oh yes, Kay is certainly the most sought after FA right now especially with McCarron slightly out of the picture. I suspect talks about culture, winning, etc. will count for little in reality. Its who can guarantee the most $ for the longest & playing time.

College kids you should look at would be Froling, Adel & Landale. Venky Jois is also an option. Naar is probably looking somewhere else already.

How many players in the league do you really think are on $400K?

Pretty sure only Goulding & Andersen were on $400k or more last season.

For Melbourne maybe, what about lisch and newley?

Martin would've been on good $$ at Perth, Night to before injury. Creek and Sobey also, both resigned last year when everyone was chasing them. 300/400g bracket. Cadee was also rumoured to be around 300g.

No that's league wide. Lisch and Newley both reportedly on $300k per.

Lisch and Newley were most certainly higher. Caddee was higher too

Incorrect. Lisch signing for $300k a year is public knowledge.

Cadee $300K no way in hell. Unless Kings are that stupid.

Not certain you can argue against the Kings being stupid, promised a minimum pass mark of finals and got two seventh places.

Why would Prather be going back to Perth?

They burnt him and signed Cotton instead.

Why not go 4 chips in a row with United.

Perth low balled Casey. No way he is going back there. He said it himself in various member functions this year
