In summer if they're here no dramas or early in the season to get form if they need but by this point in the season they should be PL starters.

If they can, why not. May need to find some form, fitness work on component of game or they're not up to premier league. Gives bench guys chance to go against them and a win is always sweeter.

Why even have reserves? Why allow players to play PL and Reserves at all?

Other states don't, why can't a player get form through training like NBL players have to?

IF Reserves have to exist in its current format no import should be allowed to play. Clubs currently prop up their Reserves by starting weaker players subbing them out early to try and win at Reserves level. It's a joke.

Not sure any club does that to win. Maybe for reserve numbers though.

is elevating a Reserves comp the purpose? Another game for the same few elite players is hardly "reserves" is it?
