Boti has a story on his site suggesting that the Kings' Tom Wilson is set to move to AFL with Geelong. Wilson is currently averaging 26 PPG in the SEABL.

And was quickly shot down by two respected journos
Would be premature for Wilson to move now. At this point can't rule out his basketball earning potential being significantly greater than what he we make in AFL
Wilson confirmed it was untrue. Won't happen this year for sure.
Why is he training with Geelong then ? For a laugh?

Afl category B rookies get around $90k base then match payments ranging from $1500-$5000 per game depending on VFL/AFL.

Saw someting on FB today about Wilson with Pineau mentioned. No mention of anything specific however.
Getting this happening on good imformation, cats or pies I'm hearing.

It's official. Uluc called it on Twitter, and Froling just congratulated him.
Kinda wish Gaze had given him some more minutes last year - might have made a difference.
It's bean in the rumours bag all season, yet still selected for boomers, they should’ve waited till they knew what he was doing. The afl will milk this for all its worth if he makes the grade. It’s not like he was required for those two games, for basketball fans like me it sucks.
