Ryan Broekhoff gets two-year deal from Dallas Mavericks

Guard Ryan Broekhoff has agreed to a two-year deal with the Dallas Mavericks, league sources tell Yahoo. Guaranteed in first season.
Not surprised he's made it. Team player, good shooter. Any team who had seen what Ingles has been able to provide could find at least a bench role for Broekhoff.

That's a great deal for both the Mavs and Broekhoff - its about time he went States-side. Dallas have created a sneaky-good team.

There was something the other day about the 76ers getting clearance to get Bolden across for Summer League:

All signs point toward Jonah Bolden joining the 76ers for the NBA summer league in Las Vegas.

The Sixers, through the NBA, submitted a letter of clearance to FIBA to allow Bolden, a Maccabi Tel Aviv forward, to join their summer-league team.

Bolden is expected to get his official clearance to play in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas on Thursday, according to sources.
Collars Colangelo said in May that he was likely to join the Sixers for 2018/19.

Crunch time lineup in 2020 I like the look of, 4 shooters with size and NBA experience around Ben, switch everything on D.

Maker
Bolden
Ingles
Broekhoff

Just had a look at the mavs roster and there is not a lot of depth at the 3 spot for
The 3 and d role. Broekhoff could get good Minutes as Harrison Barnes back up if he performs.

Not sure I like the Ingles and broekhoff comparisons. Ingles a much better playmaker.

Agree, #515. Pretty different characters, too. Really thrilled for Broekhoff, and I think he's going into a good situation. But Ingles had a swagger (justified or not) that Broekhoff doesn't really carry himself with, so I hope he has the internal confidence to back himself if things don't work straight away.

"Dallas have created a sneaky-good team."

Nah.

They have a broken shooting guard who they paid a fortune for and has looked nothing like he did when he played for Portland - Wes Mathews.

Dirk, only playing for legacy reasons, ticket sales, loyalty. I loved the guy, in his peak, he was a beast. Those days are long gone.

They also have a small forward, power forward who was just lucky to be in the right place, right time. His team mates sin his previous team made him look way way better than what he actually is.

They wont make the post season
