How Long for a FIBA Decision?

How long do we have to wait to get a decision on the Boomers v Philippines situation?

There must be some serious politicking going on for a decision to be held back this long.

In fairness, Carl has a veritable mountain of valuable evidence to contribute to the deliberation.

I have to agree re the politicking behind the scenes. Given how long it's been (2 weeks since the charges were laid and the disciplinary panel convened) and the secrecy, I wonder if FIBA - or someone within FIBA - has pushed for throwing one or both countries out of the next round of qualification?

At least their process is making the NBL's process in last year's finals look prompt and transparent.
