Great opportunity for Sunday to do his thing!
Wildcats are pretty deep even when it comes to training player back ups.

Is Dench a Training Player or DP?

And its happened. Sigh.

Martin has been carrying this injury for weeks, it was only a matter of time.
Norton can step up to starting, no problem, but that leaves the bench horribly bare.

Carrying Stiendl AND Hire could bite them in the ass.

Should still get a win at home against NZ, just hope they fix the issue longer term

Its not a huge shock that Martin is injured but Norton should be up to the task.
Cotton should also see some time at the point.

Sunday Dech. Not Dench.

He is a training player. Similar to Lucas Walker a couple seasons ago.

He worked out for Sydney and Cairns. NBL ready. Missed out due to teams electing to sign forwards instead of guards.

He should be on an NBL roster as a back up guard next season.

Perth can play cotton at the one and play White at the two in briefe spurts when Norton is sittings.

Martin is crucial to the Wildcats play.

Yes they have Norton but that loses quite a bit of defensive intensity. Yes Cotton can go the 1 but he is more effective intially off the ball.

I think NZ's chances have increased to 50/50.

So is Dech a DP or has he been signed as an injury replacement?
Any idea how long Martin is out for?

Dech is a training player. As explained above.

Yeah, so my question is does that mean he's been signed as an injury replacement?

Doesn't that require Martin to be out for a certain number of weeks?
