Is Daniel Johnson's wings tattoo the worst in the NBL?
Just noticed today how strange it looks, particularly with the wings poking out from inside the basketball jersey.
Any other contenders for worst tattoo in the NBL?

He has such a clean cut look yet has that tattoo. I've never understood it.
Oh no. It got to be sobey and randle with their own initials on their triceps.
Sobey's biceps one looks quite ugly too. Definitely a contender
the initials on the triceps are incase they forget them. Sobey is 1 assist shy of a triple double.
Anyone remember Pero's "Pero" on his arm. Rumours was that whenever he forgot his name he just had to look down.

Too bad Pero didn't have the plays coaches wanted to run tattooed on his lower arm since he struggled to remember them.
I noticed that Pero was in 36ers gear and around the team on Sunday. Is he working for them?

I forgot about Tragardh's! With his goofball looks and those tatts he got while at the Tigers he looks completely ridiculous.
I think Pero played for Joey in the Gold Coast. It looked like Pero was working with Froling a fair bit pregame.
Joey is a smart dude that has made a name in developing the talent he can afford, and bringing in a very experienced, former international big to work with the young Froling who has huge potential is a clever move.

The idea behind DJ's tattoo design was poor in the opinion of my great mind.
The event of the tattoo being applied seems to have gone according to plan so I can't fault that.
The person who the tattoo was inked onto is not really relevant since it is the tattoo design being discussed. Had it been a different person then the criticisms would still be the same so therefore this is not a discussion about a person. For the purposes of this discussion DJ is a canvas not a person. A canvas that ran rings around Andrew Bogut.
Who says it's wings? Has the OP seen the full tatt? Just saying. Just such a lame thread.

Cyril Rioli has the same fairy wings poking out behind his Hawthorn jumper... all those sportsmen wearing the same or similar wings, there has to be more to it

Wing tattoos normally relate to a loved one watching over you, keeping you safe or showing you the right path or recognising a transformation from a troubled past.
Both have significant meaning and probably shouldn't be ridiculed for something that could be very important to the way they now are as men.
