Southern cross challenge 2019
Anyone know why the Victorian lists aren't out but all the other states have been listed for at least a month?

best to contact organizers or try outs not ask here - maybe selections have not been completed ?
I'm sure they have been done if the tournament is less than a month away.
The country teams have been chosen.

The Vic Metro teams were chosen ages ago, I don't know why they haven’t been published. The kids chosen were all emailed team lists,
I've seen some of the names listed on various club websites.
The full list must have over 120 kids on it. Would be nice to know who they are.

Doubt if it will be happening this year. BV close tomorrow and come back 2 weeks before the tournament starts. Perhaps they place a reduced level of prestige in being selected for these teams to represent Vic Metro to play in the Southern Cross Challenge. They do pick 3 teams of 10 kids in each age group.
Or maybe we're talking about 12 - 14 year old children and they don't feel like its necessary to post their names publicly so random keyboard warriors can judge and criticize children. Alternatively so parents and adults can pretend that it means their child or child they've coached or met is somehow a superstar worthy of praise for making a team to play in what is designed as a development tournament.
Just a thought.

^All the children you mentioned can be found on the vjbl website under team lists. So no secrecy there. But if people want to bad mouth young children then that's an argument I ageee with you.
