NBL Overtime Free Agents

Today on NBL Over Liam had his top 5 Free agents

My prediction

Matt Hodgson stays Bullets
Brad Newley goes to 36ERS if Sobey leaves
David Barlow If Boone stays Barlow goes to the Phoenix
Kevin Lisch Big guess Hawks
Nathan Sobey Phoenix my guess Creek wont play in the NBL next year

Corey Williams suggested
Creek wont play for the Phoenix next year ?

Anyone else have news or rumours

For me; given the Kings have deep pockets and pay the luxury tax; I can't see Newly leaving. I think him and lisch will resign for 2 seasons.

- creek will get a nba roster
- sobey is off to Phoenix
- Randle will go to Europe on a $500k contract
- Kings will sign Patterson

Cook is the one carving up in Europe, playing in one of the toughest leagues. Most guys in Europe are on much better than nbl salary.

I assume that Homicide is firstly stirring shit, and secondly implying that Creek will remain in the G-League chasing the NBA dream. Either that or sign in Europe.

As for the others, just because somebody will be out of contract, doesn't mean they will be Free Agents. Plenty of opportunity to re-sign them.

There was a rumour that the tap had been turned off at Sydney. Interesting to see if that's true, and if so what it means for renegotiating.

Also have to see what happens with Gaze. With a decent coach, they would have been favourites, so the hunt for glory may keep them around.

Randle is already on 500k here, why would he leave?

Kings under new owners next season, purse strings will be tightened and Bogut will have a big say as he's entitled to 10% at seasons end.
