How does this Foxtel debacle affect NBL?

Not much I would've thought as Foxtel don't pay anything for the NBL and LK pays the production costs too.

Read the $346 million they spend on A-League and the $285 million on Super Rugby/Wallabies. When they pay $0 on the NBL I'm not sure how they could cut much.

Not surprised as they spent $1.2bil on domestic cricket. What utter morons.

Kayo is Foxtel, if Foxtel goes kayo goes.

This could technically punish the NBL - if they went brutal they probably could pay very little and get some crappy surfing or something that rates higher than NBL, grabs slightly more advertising dollar and they don't have to share advertising dollar with NBL.

It's $5/m on the NBL app. Foxtel and basketball who cares.

Everyone except WookieE I suspect; NBL TV is so low-bitrate it's like watching Lego.
