Central Districts have appointed well and will benefit immensely from having Willie Jennette as their new Coaching Director. Willie is an asset and if uitilized as he should be will make a big difference to the Club. Norwood did not allow Willie to function in his role properly and never appreciated the mammoth effect he had on many juniors and their families at the Club. Norwood's loss and Centrals gain.

Very good at recruiting/poaching players. Wonder what cash he's on, Centrals pretty stingy and Willie wouldn't be cheap. Wonder if it'll be a joint deal taking over from KB next season.
