Pakenham playing div 2 big v, casey in championship.

Big step up for pakenham but both associations pretty close so would make sense.

Supposedly nbl 1 looking at cutting teams already

Nbl1 concerned with lack of depth and talent spread to thin.

Culling will occur in another seasons time
