Froling had a big game by the looks. Taylor again shot the 3 ball well. So some good signs I think. Bit disappointing that they threw the game away in the last few possessions though - Wagstaff 2 steals and 3 straight baskets to close out the game!

Jeez Andrew, maybe hold off on firing shots until the season proper starts or perhaps the Blitz. It's a pre-season game for the benefit of both teams. Get a grip champ.

Go Boomers yeah, see, common interests at the moment.Brothers in Arms under one flag supporting one team...the Boomers.

Just a preseason hitout.
Winning/losing or "choking" is irrelevant.

SEM beat Brisbane
Melbourne beat Cairns.

Lol I'm just having a bit of banter guys it's cool. Preseason is all about building chemistry and trying different players in different situations.

Interesting lineup, bringing in Pozoglou and Britt for Kay & Wani...

Good to see Vague playing well in big minutes, and Hunt finding his feet.

Steindl "Mr Consistency" as usual, and White off to another slow start.

After reading about these pre-season games I just realised I don't care with the World Cup being on right now. I would trade away every Wildcats win this upcoming season for a medal to be honest.

That can't be right.

Was at the game in Mandurah. Travers was there and definitely not on crutches. He was in his tracksuit and didn't take the court at all but was walking fine.

For those that got to watch the games...
How do Taylor and Griffin look?

From watching Griffin in NBA Summerleague games a few years back he looked like a super athlete that had an inconsistent shoot.
Maybe a more experienced Wiley.

From todays game... Griffin looks a bit skinny but not too bad although he didn't play much. Taylor looks pretty crap and out of control in my opinion. Dillon & Kyei look like they pass the 36ers personality test with a chip on their shoulder. 36ers played a lot of DJ & Froling on the court at the same time. McVeigh was on point with his shooting & intensity. Teys was quite aggressive on offense & played fairly well.

For the Wildcats Damo, Hunt & obviously Kay didn't play. Cotton & White didn't play after half time either. It was nice to see the development players getting plenty of game time.

I expect Vague to see the court plenty more this season. His three ball looks to have improved and will be useful in the type of offence the Wildcats wish to run.

I don't know if my BP can handle another season of Terrico "will he kill us or them?" White.
Obviously benching him after the first half is a huge problem, as its the 2nd in which he normally get going.
