As I understand it, there's no scenario where Brasil can make it out of Group K unless they beat the US right? If they lose they're 3-2. A Czech win makes them 4-1, but a Greece win over Czech and they're all 3-2, but Brasil can't go through on PD in any case. Is that right?

If Brazil beat USA Brazil goes through
If Czech Republic beats Greece, Brazil goes through as Greece would be 2W-3L
If Greece beat Czech Republic by more than 43, Brazil goes through on point difference in games among the 3 teams

In a 3-way tie between Brazil, Czech and Greece at 3-2, it would look something like this:
Brazil 1-1, -21
Czech 1-1, +22 (with tonight's 'loss' to be factored in)
Greece 1-1, -1 (with tonight's 'win' to be factored in)
So no, Brazil can't win that tie-break. If they win and the Czech's win, putting both into a 3-way tie with the USA on 4-1, it would look like:
USA 1-1, +21 (with tonight's 'loss' to be factored in)
Czech 1-1, +1
Brazil 1-1, -22 (with tonight's 'win' to be factored in)
So doing some quick maths, I'd say Brazil needs to beat the USA by 22 points to be top 2 in that tie-breaker. Realistically, Brazil need to beat the USA and hope Greece beats the Czechs for the Brazilians to go through.

No I think Brazil just need to win to go through (as they and the US will be 4-1, Czechs and Greece 3-2) and they'll go through as the first seed too as they'll have the head-to-head over the US.

USA beat Turkey by one. NZL beat Turkey by one. Ergo NBL = USA.

I know this is what everyone has been banging on about, and I'm just Glad Australia completely bypassed the need for such shenanigans,
but the +/- rule seems to be whacked.
Both Greece and Czechs come in on 2 wins.
Greece beats the Czechs, but Czechs advance?
Because Brazil lost their bottle?
Surely with two teams equal, their h2h should prevail?

D2.0, there were 3 teams equal, not two, so the tie-breaker goes:
1) Win-loss in the games played between the three teams:
Czech 1-1
Greece 1-1
Brazil 1-1
2) With that tied, it comes to points differential in the games between those teams:
Czech +15 (beat Bra by 22, lost to Gre by 7)
Greece +6 (lost to Bra by 1, beat Czech by 7)
Brazil -21 (lost to Czech by 22, beat Gre by 1)
