Anyone watch today's game? I didn't see it, but looking at the stats:

Didi Louzada big again
LaMelo Ball bad shooting night
Aaron Brooks is legit

It was a good game Brooks is legit but a little bit of a hot head.
Melo was off but still had some good assists and rebounds .
Casper and Didi controlled the game the kings look good.

Boone and Ogilvy don't look that good together, I’d start Conrad in the 4, Boone at five with Ogilvy off bench. Anderson a bit off four and five.
Naar defensively has improved ten fold and his passing is great.
Brooks can sure shoot it, plays hard
Ball has speed, was defended very well, didn’t do a lot.
Blanchfield and Grida didn’t offer much.
Glover and Dech didn’t get much time but I thought did ok.

Ware will be very good for kings in all ways.
Tate plays solid at both ends.
Didi has got real game, over plays his hand at time and sometimes should let it go to open shooters.
Kickett is solid at the five. Hunter looking ok for first year big.
Moller defensively makes kings a lot better, tap outs and boards very good. Got be better offensively.
Newley still getting to rack at will, great coming off bench
Walker will be a solid pick up.

Who ever I missed from either side didn’t jog my memory, so probably just ok. Both sides should have good seasons, wether they are championship chance, maybe be with a bit of good fortune.

They are a push for top 4, but Brooks is good enough to give the Hawks a chance every single game. And based on preseason Ball will be up and down but he'll also probably be the best player on the court a handful of times this season. For me the Hawks are firmly in the 2nd tier of teams at this point, and like a lot of teams could finish top 4 or bottom 2. This season is going to be insane.

Sydney probably in second tier as well. Melbourne and Perth top two.

You could argue that maybe Melbourne is alone in the top tier, given the names they brought in. Remains to be seen if it works on the court, but Perth took a sideways step, Kings improved overall (though some question marks at the 4 spot still), Brisbane probably improved if Sobey works out, Hawks definitely improved, SEM at worst look like top 4 challengers, NZB improved. Adelaide probably worse, Cairns overall improved but probably not by nearly enough.
