If I was a Perth supporter I'd say something like 175g, but the truth is probably 65g max..

He's only a wax figure of himself, weighing 65 grams.

What are his work skills and qualifications? He’d surely want to be paid around the same that he’d earn in another career.

Only 6 months work don't forget. 65k is good for that.

65k is good for 6 months I guess.

Would be tough on his wife and kids moving all the time though.

He plays for Sydney, so obviously he's not getting paid, just playing for the privilege of being with Bogut.

Only Perth players play for free, for the love of Gleeson.

Don't forget Sydney cost of living. 65k doesn't go too far.

Maybe Bogut let's him have free snacks from his fridge?

CLUB STATEMENT ON LUCAS WALKER

The CQUniversity Cairns Taipans would like to clarify reports regarding Lucas Walker and his future with the club.

While his comments to NBL Media were in line with "the club not taking his option" for the 2019/20 season, further clarification would have revealed that the club were considering not taking his option, and instead considering a new contract.

The club have been in regular communication with Lucas' agent, and both parties agreed this would put him in a better position for all potential negotiations for the upcoming season.

The club also have until Friday 29 March 2019 (prior to the start of free agency) to make a final decision on Lucas' option.

Lucas still lives in Cairns and has been working out with Taipans Head Coach Mike Kelly on-court regularly throughout the off-season.

"Jesus what's with nobs on this board being obsessed with salaries?"

It's called Sydney Fan logic:
If you can demonstrate that the lowest paid player in the league is earning very little, that means their whole team is within the cap

I doubt it's Kings fans trying to work out how much Maxy gets paid. Just the usual conspiracy theory folks who think its impossible Kings could be on top of the ladder without cheating.

Kings fans don't need to work out his Salary because you all believe your team is playing for free, cos Bogut says so.
