Alternative to Norwood Easter tournament?

http://basketballvictoria.com.au/association-tournaments/
Wonder how this will go, most sa teams don't support Norwoods and good chance for a getaway and a lot of Melbourne teams dissatisfied with mainly playing Melbourne teams in Adelaide.
Would be interesting if a big club like north goes into direct rivalry with Norwood with a big stadium and grabbing somewhere like Starplex. IMO other clubs likely to support North.

Yep, only state where teams have grudges against others. In fact only state or country in the world that are that letter. Ever read any interstate threads on this forum champ?

Agree with the above, there is a reason why other states consider SA another breed. Worse than Tassie.

Norwood greater than all clubs - probably all others combined. No one is going head to head with them

Really Norwood should go in with another club if it's about the greater good being basketball competition and growing the carnival into something really special.

The facts are they use other club's stadiums already and the canteens used don't generate the money for Norwood.

Not many SA club's nominate their division 1 or 2 teams in this event.

Too many division 3 teams are entered lowering the standard and causing one sided games.

Don't Melbourne have a tournament already? That’s just greed if they do another one.

Another Easter Tournament, they have struggled here in Melbourne as parents and players need a break. No U21 age group, any good U21 Tournaments people know of?

Norwood Easter is/was a great tournament would shame to see it fall down
