Norwood cancels all games this weekend
COVID19 - This Weekend's Games
UPDATE FROM THE NORWOOD FLAMES PRESIDENT
Dear Norwood Basketball Club member,
As a board and with guidance from our member protection committee, taking in all available information, we have advised Basketball SA that Norwood will not be participating in any games or trainings for this weekend.
This includes NBL1 on Saturday night.
We will also be cancelling our domestic league for this weekend.
Basketball Australia's current position is that games will proceed, however this may change later in the afternoon.
We have decided that we want to give our members as much notice as possible to reduce their disruption.
As a club, we owe all our members a duty of care and this decision to act does not come lightly.
We continue to monitor the situation and advise further as more information comes to hand.
