Cam Bairstow

Anyone heard what Bairstow may be doing for the coming season of hoops?

Played the last in Lithuania. A quick look suggests he isn't returning to that team.

With a premium on reliable Aussies for the coming NBL season, I’m a little surprised his name hasn’t popped up. Not a superstar by any means but averaged 12 & 6 on decent clips when he last played in Brisbane.

Could fit the bill for a number of teams, dependent on asking price. Maybe ideal for Cairns if they hold Machado/Newbill. Perth if they lose Kay?

If Fit & Healthy he's a very good player by NBL standards. Most teams would be happy to have him.
But, like anything, it comes down to whether he's fit & healthy, what sort of minutes he can play, and how much he wants.

I would imagine that he'd be after starters' money. That limits the options for some teams. He only averaged around 21 minutes for Brissy, and about 15 for Vilnius. With only 10 players, and the 5-man cap, NBL teams need more than that from their starters.

He faces stiff competition just to get an NBL offer with Humphries and Pinder signed along with Motum, Mathiang, Salt and Reath all in contention for nbl spots.

Would love him at United. Seriously lacking an inside post player. United looked much better when they played inside out with Tai Wesley.

Any thoughts on Jonah Bolden.
Hasn't made his mark in the NBA.
Will he go Europe, G League or try NBL if he can't crack NBA.

If I was Bolden I would sign in the nbl and have a nba out clause when Europe probly wouldn't

Bolden to re-unite with Andre at Bullets, with a guaranteed bench role!
