Scott Arnold

Im not sure where Scott Arnold will fit in at Forrestville. They seem to be pretty set at the guard position with Sully and Sutton to control the 3 spot. If Newley returns I cant see him finding too many minutes in this rotation.

Does anyone have any idea why he left the flames besides them finishing bottom??

I thought he would have been a player to build around.

will be very interesting, especially if thompson goes too, not leaving much room for a spot at eagles

would u blokes seriously place Arnold behind Sutton?

how times change. shooting over 50% in both Feild Goals and 3s last season, suggests he didn't get enough shots.

plus Sutton or Arnold can play the point anyway

Rumor has it that Scott Will be adopting a "stage name" at the Eagles. Word is that Chris Pole will be the name of choice. Hopefully his game will reflect the confidence of a man like Chris Pole and not the quivering, useless bumbling mess we know as Chris Poleless.

Arnold can play the point?????
He did that last year and his team finished last.
And yes, at this stage of their respsective careers I would take Sutton over him.

gregi you sound very familliar......

"Im not getting enough shots" was a familliar catchcry last year at the flames.

Anon Scott didnt play the point last year Andrew Webber did....

Sutton is a good developing player but I think Scott still has 1 maybe 2 years left in his old legs.

And Scott is a shit load stronger as a defensive player.

I think Scottie roughed up Mark Davis at Sixers training a few years ago too !!

Well said Rambo.

All the pros and cons for Scottie are fair enough but roughing up Mark Davis at Sixers training !!!!
Lets all take a deep breath and not let emotion get in the way of reality.
Understandable if you meant that he tried to take out Mark Davis at training a few years ago ...
And by the way, he WAS Sapwells 1st choice at point last year.

It was a joke boys and girls - although it would explain his rapid expulsion from the 36ers squad at that time.

I´ll give you Arnolds take on the game. He said against Eastern he would come of the bench cause someone had to sacrifice, I agreed. We lost by twenty. All about winning. Good guy in a trench!

sometimes the grass is greener.. and i've just about eaten all the grass i can at Norwood..

sure, we grew mostly weeds last season, but some fresh rain, and some new fertiliser will encourage new growth for the Flames..

and the Forestville pasture smells as good as any other..

with plenty to go around!!

Good Luck Scott.

You have recently showed that you are a good decision maker (dustbowl'05)and I hope this decision rekindles your desire to play.

The grass always smells better on the other side......

I think you guys have been smoking grass...

Guys in trenches, fertilizer and fresh rain? What the f*ck are you on about?

Keep it simple. Just say,

"Forrestville has Dixy. Seeya later."
