LeBron Rookie Card Sells for $1.8 Million

One of only two 2003-04 Upper Deck Exquisite LeBron James Rookie Patch Autograph parallel cards graded 9.5 by BGS sold for over $1.8 million Saturday night, becoming the most valuable basketball card ever sold and the priciest modern era trading card of any kind.

He may not be the GOAT but at least LeBron is the player featured in the now GOAT valued basketball card.

Cards have really been taking off lately, not just at the top end of the market either. People buying Zion and Luka cards I guess hoping they will be the next big thing
