"High level young guy in the frontline" to Hawks

According to Santa on Overtime, the Hawks will be adding a high level young guy to their front line.

He didn't say Australian or American so it could be a next star from the US.

Or it could be an Aussie returning from College early or a COE player.

Anyone got any ideas who it could be?

Obi Kyei is my guess based on all the recent speculation on this site.

Kyei is not under any circumstances "high level" though and he's hardly young either turns 26 in December.

Sounded like he was about to say import but stopped himself. Really intriguing. Bolden would be awesome!

So, a guy, who may or may not be better than Obi, and is possibly under the age of 30. That really narrows it down.

Breaking News:
I can now reveal that the Perth Wildcats will add upto three players, probably male.

Not Mathiang.

He signed with Cedevita Olimpija last month.

Santa does get a bit excited about any player. So high level to him means a low key signing,

I'm not sure they have the money for Bolden after splurging on Adel, Bear and Harvey. None of those guys coming cheap.

Also, Boldens character was on full display last year. Fits perfectly with his agents.

Mathiang would have signed if he knew Adel was signing earlier, next season maybe.

That finalises the Australian contingent apart from a DP. Only spot left is a Nex Star. Sorry for AJ and Tim Coenraad. Quality players and people.

AJ still has enough to be a serviceable backup centre. Coenraad was only going to be a Hawk don't see him going anywhere else.

What next star options are out there? Most Americans lured by G League.
Any other Aussies/Kiwis good enough for NS spot?
