NBL1 Teams Prep

Was wondering is the way teams train and prep for a season similar to before or have they upped it for the re-branding.

Is there more pre-season games?

More training sessions a week?

When do teams start there training camps for the season?

How is the league treated or just the same as before

In Vic we saw some extra teams added, but nothing really changed from a team and training perspective from what we did in SEABL. There isn't any extra money or time and the players and coaches are still working full-time jobs. It is a semi-professional state league with NBL marketing and media guys contributing.
