I'm not the guy from FCF but it's clearly the same thing, except this has been promoted by the Kings as being revolutionary and keeping players employed after their careers etc, which is ridiculous.

The concept is group fitness using basketball drills. It's a pretty good program. Unfortunately Kings owner Paul Smith has decided to make it all about him by saying its part of his bigger picture of keeping players employed after their careers are over.

I wonder how different this forum would be if people had to put real names and faces to their posts.
