Remaining Roster Spots

Who/which player should your teams go after?

Adelaide has 1 spot left need a forward whether it'd be local or import.
Brisbane has 1 spot left need a 3 whether it'd be local or import
Cairns has 2 spots left whether it'd be Machado or Oliver or someone new to the league. Need a guard and 5
Hawks are filled up.
MU have 2 spots left whether you put McCarron at the 3 and get a guard and a centre import.
Breakers have one local spot need a guard or forward.
Perth one spot whether they wait till cotton gets naturalised and sign Plumlee or bring in a local centre
SEM need a guard or they can start Wild Kyle also need a 5 even though Pineau had a break out year. Looking for a next star to
Kings Need either a local centre or import or Bogut returns

Pretty sure United have confirmed McCarron is going to play point guard.

So I assume they will be looking for two imports. A big and a 3 man

How, unproven rookie, unproven 7 footer in the age of pick and pop 5s, Teys back, top nbl recruit coming from terrible hawks team that anyone could play minutes for. Don't be handing out championship rings just yet.

Giddey 1-2-3
Teys 2
Dech 2-3
Import 3
Mcveigh 3-4
Pinder 4-5

McVeigh can't defend the three spot, how’s he going to defend the four, yes he can hit shots occasionally. Johnson going to have to play a lot four.

"Should have Cut Dillon and teys this season, get another sg and pf/c"

At the very least Dillon, I just don't really see where he fits.

Teys atleast can be the culture guy, the one who sets the tone in training and when called upon to enter the court cold, can get the job done defensively, cause a turnover, knockdown a shot etc.

Agree with Coach Henry - 3&D guy is what we want

Newley would be excellent in that line up and is an Adelaide native.

36ers are searching for a Hopson type according to Henry. A 3 man who can also guard multiple positions.
Solid roster if they can get a Hopson equivalent.

Hugh Greenwood at Brisbane. I guess if you can't get an ex-Sixer might as well get as close to it as you can. An ex-Crows player.

Greenwood is still under contract to the GC Suns and said he is only training with the Bullets to keep in basketball shape for a possible switch back to the sport to join the new Tassie team in 2021/22.

He didn't say switch back soon, he said maybe when his afl contract is up.

Could be 3 years before he switches back, by that time he might not be anymore than a gibson type third string pg.

If he can resume playing at an NBL level in his early 30s after being out so long i'd buy him a beer.
Brogan was basically a Benchwarmer in NBL, would he have been able to play equivalent of NBL1 at 32, skillwise and physically?
Always remember he lost his shit once in reserves when I pulled the Reggie Miller line, "your sisters better than you!"
