Cairns got off to a great start, but have lost 19 quarters in a row - ? Did I hear that correctly? Time to get a wriggle on before this season slips away. Sometimes it hard to drain the swamp when the crocodiles are biting but this game is a crucial game for these guys. Lose this and you're 1 and 5 and hoping Palaszczuk closes the borders so you can save some face and play some cane toad golf. Brisbun Firty Sixers are not is a strong position either 1 and 2 could quickly turn to 1 and 3 whereas 2 and 2 keeps them mid-pack. This is an opportunity for them to keep their season alive with a stirring win, unless they shoot themselves in the foot.
