Not great especially with how poor he's been running United including falling out with Bogut which allowed the Kings to swoop in.

There is no evidence of any falling out with Bogut except for something he said to the media to get attention.

Most people that deal with Vince share the same opinion as #608, it's easy to bag people who most have had nothing to do with him, yes at times people in his position sometimes have to make tough decisions that upset people, overall it’s a good decision.

The deal was sealed with a kiss on both of LK's cheeks by Vince.

Looking forward to hearing Bogey talk about this on his podcast.

And wouldn't Hammer be seeking an appointment as Chief Operator of Betting Partnerships?

It's not a government job, it doesn’t need to be advertised, though since the liberal have put all there mates in jobs they don’t advertise either.

If you can provide one example of any post ever suggesting that not advertising a job is racist that would be great.

#752 I just hope the right people were interviewed for the job. People with the right qualifications and skill set. Colour, creed or sexual orientation should have nothing to do with it.

It's called head hunting. In most very specific skills roles advertising doesn't get you the right person.

Sometimes you'll get a name apply that you never thought would be interested. But that's rare.

There is nothing wrong, per se. with a private company choosing to hire someone without a formal recruitment. Its on them. It just doesn't look good to people from the outside when an org constantly recycles the same people, and in this case LK's little lap dogs.

Is your management style hiring people you have no oversight over, no direction and no communication channels?

In this case my point is Larry should be named COO.

You're confusing business with democracy.

There’s meant to be a firm direction not "let’s listen to every kids’ ideas"
