Sydney v Cairns Apr 17

Just when I though the Kings would curl up in a ball on the court and start sucking their thumbs they show the Phoenix who's boss. Cairns had a great come from behind win over the Sixers that will have their fans saying, "I'm not ready to go home tonight! Party at Brad Hill's house?"

And they did it without Scotty.

I fear the journey into the 90's will be a short one for Cairns, who are desperate to gift bottom spot to the Breakers or Sixers, they don't care. Kings with a win could sneak back into the 4, so have an incentive to win, much like a Pinochet opponent wanting to fly as they slip out of a helicopter.

I said they wouldn't win against the SEM, but they did. I reckon they will go 2-0, can they prove me wrong?

It's in jest when you read Jacks previews.

Sydney also won without Martin. Machado and Martin are ball dominant players, sometimes you got let it flow. Machado at least a good defender, not Martin strong point.

Cairns can win this if Sydney doesn’t play well, Oliver is in good form, can Martin mark him if he plays? Sydney should be favourites though and played very well last start. Kings by 3.

Ware goes 4/4 from three and then airballs his fifth attempt in the first five minutes of the game. Even though he is hot tonight you can see he's a ball hog and chucker.
