Not really since both teams are in WA.

Easy solution - all games to be played in Perth.

Assuming United have already flown out? If not what were they waiting for as the longer you stay away from the Game 1 location the more chance you get caught up in another lockdown.

I'd think they would be flying tomorrow, give them a day off and say good bye to family members in Sydney. They could be banned from landing in Perth. Play all game in Adelaide.

Don't think United are here yet. Also aus doesn't need another outbreak or lockdown.

It's about states closing borders. Nothing to do will NBL

Do we need to put another * next to Perth's 2021 Flag?

Not really since both teams are in WA.
Quarantine requirements are always retroactive to the earliest at-risk dates, so already being here doesn't in any way guarantee being able to play.

Fly to Tasmania and play all games there.

As a last resort, it's better than not having a Grand Final.

We'll take it any way we can even if it's another COVID * banner. #threepeat

What we desperately need from you right now though is the Game 1 thread!

True KR but an extension of that is Melbourne got an exemption for the game on June 4. Straight to Crown Plaza, negative COVID test and they were allowed to play. I'd expect at worst this would be the minimum requirement IF WA play their same border games

What are the chances the WA government makes them play behind closed doors, by which time Melbourne's restrictions are over, so United flies home to play in front of crowds?

:-P

The date of the one positive is irrelevant
